Loss (theft) of the card
In case of loss or theft of your card immediately call authorization center in order to block the card, and act in accordance with instructions received.
Any verbal request to block the card must be confirmed by a written application within 2 banking days from the moment of card blocking by the phone.
In case of seizure of the card in branch office of the Bank, or point of sale, require drawing up of the act with the indication of date, time and reason of seizure, as well as with signature of cashier or manager seizing the card. Then, immediately call authorization center.
1. For card blocking in order to avoid its use by other persons, it is necessary to call Authorization center and inform the following:
your full name
your passport data
code word, indicated in application for card opening
