House-buying

Standard terms of the “House-buying” loan program:

Form of repayment

Stable business that is valid for at least 6 months (without interruption) in the sphere of trade or services, the sphere of production prior to applying for the loan.

Loan, loan facility (revolving / non-revolving) according to decision of an Authorized Authority

Loan purpose

Purchase of ready-made housing, purchase of housing in a newly-built building, construction of a residential building;

Refinancing of loans granted for purchase, construction, acquisition of a land plot.

Security

In accordance with the Bank’s collateral policy

the acquired immovable property (only ready-made housing) may be the Security;

In case of insufficiency of the mortgage security an additional collateral may be accepted - the acquired immovable property is accepted (only ready-made housing and the Company’s Guarantee).
Terms of application processing 8 days
Additional provisions

1)Initial contribution upon the purchase of immovable property is 30% or more of the cost of the immovable property to be purchased;

2)In the absence of the initial contribution, additional collateral in form of immovable property is possible (in the total amount with the collateral purchased)

3)In case of provision of finance for a term of 120 months the penalty for prescheduled repayment of credit shall be 2% from the amount of credit.

* Effective interest rate: in USD from 15,76%, in KGS from 28,51%

** Interest rate and repayment schedule depend on the requested amount, loan term, financial solvency, collateral provided, etc. Upon your request, the credit manager will provide you with a repayment schedule according to the amount requested and above conditions.
